Haitian Government Fraud Strategy

Let us start first by saying thanks to the Obama's team with the american people and the other countries for all your helps to our Haitian people, especially Haitians live in Port-Au-Prince.
Now the all time you've been giving out to the Haitian Government, because of this bad earthquate ravaged Port-Au-Prince Haiti you now can see the Government of Haiti is totally incompetent and corrupted they are a bunch of crooks taking the people for granted. The entire Government is unorganized, start from President himself to the lower level Goverment.

Any Aid that comes from you guys, when it gets to the Government hands every one of them has to take their own cuts, by the time for the Aid to get out there to help out the people and the country, the Aid becomes insufficient that's why nothing never gets done in Haiti they also have a technic of selling Goverment positions among themselves, the Politicians(theives) of Haiti make money using scam tatics in all the public services that you can think of; for exemple: Passport, Visa, License Plate, Driver License, Business License and etc. They have people working for them call Raqueters (front men, usually work outside of the building), before you can get any of these services done you have to see one of them if not you have to wait forever and most of the times you pay them 4 to 6 times more of what the service is worth then they separate the money among themselves, imaging the Government pays their employees every 3 to 4 months... how can they survive? if they are not stealing, here's another way they cheat the people; car shipments, containers, or boats...if you bring one these 3 items in Haiti you have to deal with so many Raqueters and they ask you so much money, sometime people end up of leaving those items for them which is exactly what they want you to do and this is why alot of Haitian businessmen livng outside of the country don't ever want to bring any business in their own country...this is the worst corrupted Government in the Caribbean.

So with this relief Aid that Haiti will receive from all of you, we thank you alot and may God bless you and multiply everything you give us in return, but there is one more thing to do for us... please! please! please! do not trust any Haitians or the government that are surrounded you at all, we repeat do not trust any of them. We know that Clinton is in charge of deploying Aid for Haiti, Mr president Clinton even you receive only $1.00 just hire nonhaitian contractors and pay them $0.50 and use the remaining $0.50 for materials, do not listen or take advise to any Haitian government...right now the Haitian President with his team are already planning the way they're going to use the Aid and they're going to try to be as nice and knowledgeable as they can be so they can use %85 of the Aid for their own needs and guess what? you will never know where they stock their money they use banks in Europe if the money is cash they're buried it, talking about buring money..the wealthy Haitians are the stangiest people on the earth especially the ones live in Haiti, so what does that have to do with the Haitian Government fraud? well it doesn't really have anything to do with it, but January 12th 2010 earthquake has alot to do with it...most of the these people houses have been pancaked because of the quake and that means the authorities have some digging to do, when we say the authority we mean the US troops on the ground, not the Haitian authorities..remember they are crooks...the troops have to go look around in Port-Au-Prince for those rich folk houses that are collasped and most of them are located in the mountain and have plenty US money buried on the ground especially this kind of money is illegal money, so the troops have to take the money and help out to rebuild Haiti or buy a regular cooking stove for every household in Haiti that are in the main cities, that will help the people of Haiti to stop cutting down the trees for charcoals, by the way in Haiti 95% of us use charcoal for cooking. Now we know alot of Haitian Politicians and the wealthy ones will get very angry of this story, unfortunately there is nothing they can be done about it and somebody has to tell it like it is....we have some of the Haitian stars and leaders who came on the National TV in US, none of them would talk about these problems because it's a big secret or they are affraid to get killed or maybe they are benefiting from everything we've just talked about and those are the issues that are holding down the country from progessing and they refuse to talk to about them. We hope somebody passes this blog along to CNN or to the right people that are pushing the help for Haiti.
